Referral Terms & Conditions
The referral program is open to everyone. You do not need to be an existing customer of CannaSpyglass to participate. Participants must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You can refer friends, family, or acquaintances. All referrals must be submitted through the official Referral Registration Form. Referrals submitted through other means may not qualify for rewards. You are eligible to receive a reward if the person you refer either completes a product demonstration call or becomes a paying customer of CannaSpyglass. Rewards may vary depending on the specific terms of the referral program and can include discounts, credits, gift cards, or other incentives. Rewards will be issued within 30 days after the referred individual meets the required criteria. Reward availability may be limited by region. Any attempts to manipulate or engage in fraudulent activities, such as creating multiple accounts or submitting false information, will result in disqualification from the referral program. CannaSpyglass reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any suspected fraud. CannaSpyglass may modify or end the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the terms will be communicated through appropriate channels. The information you provide for the referral program will be handled in accordance with CannaSpyglass' privacy policy. We may contact both referrers and referred individuals for program-related communications. CannaSpyglass reserves the right to interpret and make final decisions regarding all aspects of the referral program, including eligibility, rewards, and disputes.
